This is probably one of my biggest fears. I don't keep a lot of stuff on my computer, but the stuff I do keep is VERY hidden. I've never been outright "outed", but I've had some real close calls. Mainly because kid me was a little reckless.

1. When I was younger (12-13). I made the stupid mistake of saving my vore stuff on the family PC. So when my mom was trying to download something, she clicked "save as". This immediately brought up my folder. With the first pictures being of a giantess swallowing a tiny girl. She called me over and asked what the hell it was. My mom knew I download torrents to watch movies and TV shows. So I quickly came up the the excuse, "uh, it must have downloaded with one of the torrents by mistake." I quickly deleted it while making comments about how "weird and messed up" the pictures were to sell the excuse. I was petrified for days that she would bring it up again. Thankfully she did not.

2. A little older (14-15). I had my own computer at this point. One night, I left my laptop by my bed with my headphones on. While leaving vore videos on loop. I think kid me was trying to induce a vore dream, but I'm not sure. Then that night OF ALL NIGHTS, my mom unlocked my door to get something and saw what was playing. She woke me and asked what I was watching. I froze for a moment and told her I fell asleep watching YouTube and the videos must have just played (even though I was using Windows Media Player, but she didn't know that). I closed my computer and she grabbed her thing and left. I probed her about it the next day to make sure she didn't know, but thankfully she had already forgotten.

3. This was a little later after 2. My brother came into my room and asked why "cannibal" videos were in my suggested videos on YouTube. I didn't realize he used my account sometimes. I told him I let my friend use it so he could watch videos without his parents knowing. My brother bought it, but then told me I should stay away from that friend and that he is probably dangerous. Which I admit, that comment hurt me a bit.

After that, I didn't play loose anymore. I started using only anonymous accounts that no one else had access to, I made sure my vore stuff was hidden deep on my computer, I made sure everything was closed when I wasn't using it, and I set up "save as" to only open my downloads folder. Haven't had another close call since. How about you?

I’ve managed to keep everything private, and I’m fairly careful about it. Luckily, I’m in a situation where if anyone close to me found out, I’m fairly sure it wouldn’t cause any big problems, but I still keep it to myself because I frankly just don’t want to have that conversation. I also have a large amount of well-respected privacy (my own space and all my own devices), so it makes keeping vore under wraps pretty easy for me.

Still, I use separate accounts (email, social media, etc.) for everything vore related, private browsing whenever I indulge, and I take steps to hide or protect the files that I do save to my computer, just in case I let someone else use it.

We tell each other everything and always try to support each other. He's told me things that he's never told anyone else. At an early age, discovering your favourite porn is like finding an enourmous stash of candy that doesn't cost a thing and you naturally overindulge. I would spend so many hours looking at vore, it got so bad I would read stories with the text really small in the same room as my family. I would say I was going to do homework upstairs and just look at porn.

My parents set up an "office" for me in an open area at the top of the stairs and even though it faced the stairwell I still looked at porn there. One close call was hearing my dad walk up the stairs and hastily covering the screen with my homework window, and then my dad asked me to google something and I hovered over the Chrome icon, paused a moment, sheepishly opened the task manager and quit Chrome and re-opened it—my utter embarrasement was far too clear, my dad immidiately knew what I was doing instead of homework—the jig was up and he got upset, understandably.

Later in my early university life I took a bunch of pictures on my phone of me looking in the mirror, drooling, with my other hand in a claw and oh god I was visiting my grandmother and tried to show her a different pic by clicking on the scroll bar at the bottom, and you know how there is momentum where it scrolls through your pictures if you swipe, well I accidentally swiped, and ALL of these photos scrolled by faster than I could hide the phone, luckily my grandmother preferred to ignore the event and we never spoke of it again—so grateful for that.

These days I have great friends, we've known each other a long time, one day a very open discussion started where we talked about our kinks, and given my boyfriend was there I had the courage to say "I like to play the predator" and it wasn't any stranger than anything else. Some people knew what vore was and some didn't. To my surprise one friend used to be into it. So while I was afraid once I think a time comes when the fear goes away. Just my 2 cents

No, not yet I think. I once came close to it when someone saw a vore pic on my laptop screen. Luckily, it was pretty tame and I was able to brush it off as being just one very weird pop-up ad.

Basically, not unless the person is close to me to the point of it having a chance to matter. A woman I've let that close to me is very unlikely to judge for that matter. Sorry to break it to you champ, but your mum knows, and she knows you know she knows, and has resolved never to speak of it because she loves you. That's not a "close call", that's "being caught, lying transparently and giving your mother something new to pray about in secret."


I think I've had one or two slips myself- 50% chance a classmate saw my scanned drawing folder for a split second (we were friends before that but she became more distant afterwards, though that could also be because I pushed her way beyond where she was comfortable in the performance we were working on at the time).
And of course if and when I die, the evidence will be insurmountable- I have whole drawers full of drawings and my hard drive is radioactive of course. But I figure what do I care, I'll be dead.

Honestly though my best friend from college is just straight up openly into vore and she posts about it on facebook. Some people don't have a professional sanitised image to maintain and can get away with just letting all their lives spill together, and I don't think anyone really cares (partly because it's the least of her problems).

Both my IRL friends know, it falls into that category of 'stuff guys use to rib each other', but they only use it in that way in private cus they know I'm uncomfortable with it.

Other than that, I've had one major close call, years back, I saw my sister watching an anime, now, she doesn't and didn't watch anime and it was a series I was watching at the time (Log Horizon if I recall), so I figured she must have been snooping on my devices using IOS's stupid cloud, I always kept the tabs I was watching anime on open but never the vore shit, that got closed when I was done, so I'm not sure if she knows, either way I immediately scrubbed my search history and started deleting the last hour when I was done (didn't discover incognito mode til later), but like a week or too later she was ribbing my brother for looking up pictures of boobs on google images, and she found out by going through his search history on IOS, knowing my sister (my family don't pull punches, the entire reason I was closing my tabs was because they ribbed me pretty hard for spelling mistakes of all things, that taught me the importance of hiding my screen and tabs) she probably would have ribbed me as well if she knew, so I think I was quick enough, but the fear haunts me to this day.

Aside from that, my immediate family knows I write porn, but they're smart enough not to ask for details, probably because I'm also writing a regular book and I've gone with the 'I need practise' line.

Finally some general advice for those who might not already know it, if you got a friend who your sure won't think any differently if they knew, but are too afraid anyway, Alcohol! A drop of liquid courage is what did it for me.
If you have a good hiding place, a physical piece of paper with your passwords on it is surprisingly safe, everything is digital nowadays, so people don't bother checking the physical world, but with that being said, and it should go without saying, but don't leave it out in the open.
I find this one invaluable, if you use a windows computer, press and hold the windows key and then press the tab key, at the top of your screen should be a little option that says "new desktop" press this to open up a second desktop, now you can keep vore and other private stuff on a second desktop, so if you get into the habit of always switching back to your public desktop you should be fairly safe to leave your screen unattended.
