I have a theory: anything going into, or coming out of, a person you find attractive, is automatically interesting.
I suspect this is kind of at the core of the vore fetish and relates to intimacy: getting to see something that you otherwise wouldn't, that happens relatively rarely, that's part of someone (or was a part of someone, or is about to be a part of someone).
It seems, to an outsider, "disgusting" - but a little more logically, shouldn't be, at least not that much. Part of the intimacy cycle is doing things that are intentionally "disgusting" - together. Think about it for a moment: When two people kiss, they're putting one of the dirtiest parts of themselves - their mouths - together. They're passing germs to each other, ingesting each other's saliva, potentially picking up each any and every disease that the other has. Nobody in their right mind would do that, unless the intent was to become biologically compatible so that you can do other things together, biologically, without making each other sick: ultimately reproduction. It also signals and builds trust, and joins the two together as well as isolates them from others.
Transfer of digested food happens in other species all through the animal and insect kingdoms - it's how baby birds are fed and how ant colonies distribute their food supply. So, yeah: I could see how this fetish could be interesting in the right context, and would really play into a scene where one partner dominates the other. "Ugh, I ate too much; I'm gonna throw up. Hurry: get over here."
