I'm posting this as an idea and curious what other people's opinions would be. You see bunches of Pokemon preds now and I'm just curious what you guys/gals think the best Pokémon predators are.

My favorite by far is Gengar… there's something about that large ghostly imp that just screams predator.

My second favorite would probably be Machoke but I love beefy (especially male) preds.

And obvoiously there are tons more pokemon that make preds ie (Kangaskhan Arbok Milotic and many more.)

But what are your guys favorite Pokemon pred and why?

Anyone small. Really just because smaller preds getting bigger gains! Examples include Pichu, Riolu, Victini, Mew.

yeah small preds are awesome too so pretty much all the starter pokemon like Bulbasaur Charmander Squirtle or even trapinch is pretty cool too.

I would say some of my favorites are the female only Pokemon like Latias, Miltank, Chansey and the new one Hatterine.

Any evee evolution, ninetails, arcanine, houndoom... Really where my mind goes.

Anything large enough that looks like it could be an apex predator.
Since I quit literal decades ago that pretty much leaves the various dragons, Charizard, Mewtwo and some others that I forgot about.

Of course I've gotta say Machoke. Favorite pokemon, and I do a lot with him.

There are plenty of other ones, of course. Obstagoon and Toxtricity would be interesting new choices, and I like the idea of a more feral Dreadmaw, just to toss in a few from the presently-newest game.

If I had to pick, I'd say...Milotic or Gyarados. Seviper seems to be pretty popular, as well, but it's always pared up with a Zangoose, and the same thing every time gets boring.

Number 1 Favorite Pokemon Pred: Anything snakey or dragonee. So Seviper, Arbok, Dragonair, Serperior, Milotic, Charizard, Salamance, Flygon. (Not Dragonite because I just don't like how it looks.

Number 2 Favorite Pokemon Pred: Obviously/Only female/female looking pokemon. Miltank, Gardevoir (I know they can be male too but I've only ever evolved a female Ratlz into Gardevoir), Lopunny (Same as with Gardevoir), Milotic, or Latias.

Suicune, Ninetales, Arcanine, Eevee and her evolutions, Virizion, Xerneas, Serperior, Liepard, Furret.

It's not limited to those, but should give an idea of what kind of pokemon I like as predators. The first two are tied for first.

I like eeveelution preds vie also gotten into liking nickit preds as well

Nidoking, Grimmsnarl, Lugia, Giratina, Corviknight, Charizard, Rayquaza, Arcanine, Ninetales (Kanto and Alolan,) Obstagoon, Tyranitar, Tyrantrum, Luxray, and Toxtricity.

I'm a sucker for smaller pred/larger prey, so as some have stated I'd pick stuff like Mew, Riolu, Pikachu and Eevee as my main favorites. Bonus shoutouts to Vulpix, shinx, Celeb and victini. I also love role reversal, so get any of these pokemon in a prey position and have them turn the would be pred into their snack is an ideal story for me.

But in terms of larger preds, albeit still small in comparison to most - I like Lucario, Lopunny and if done properly, zoroark.

Pretty much any Dragon type aside from the Dracos from Gen 8. Also Yveltal and Nidoking.

For me it's defo Goodra, Nidoqueen, Scolipede, to name a few. For prey, can't go wrong with Pikachu or any of the small first forms.

Uhhhh Hippowdon, Toxicroak or Gulpin. Maybe bisharp and pawniward if you're looking for hard vore.

Absol my number one.

So many to list, but most can be narrowed down to ferals, canines, or just beastly mammals.
Midnight Lycanroc, obstagoon, zoroark, and lucario.
Eeveelutions, theivul, and ninetales for feral preds.

Cobalion and Virizion is a second fav, deer/goat/cervines, plus I love their designs. Love the idea of a tough hide being expanded by stomach bulges.

Yall know the chandelier and key ring are THE BEST PREDS

Eevee, Goodra and Scolepede
