I'm thinking belly cleaners. Eating people and things must be a dirty business, things get left behind ect. Whether it's a good old fashioned stomach pump or sending someone in to scrub it down.

I love the idea of entire facilities and establishments dedicated to helping people digest. The existence of such institutions implies that larger social norms are such that once you get gulped, that's it. You aren't getting out but one way. And to extrapolate on the plumbers being in high demand, I would also think that the concept of specialty toilets would be a feature of such a world. Toilets with more powerful flushing and wider pipes to handle all but the most hefty preyshits, special grinders in the U-bend to handle the more stubborn detritus like femurs and skulls, even designer Industrial-strength air freshener; because people can be real stinkers!

In a world where Vore isn't as socially acceptable, or just straight up illegal in some instances then I can see there being a job for extracting people from bellies. Even teaching people how to defend themselves against hungry predators and kicking up a storm. This all hinges on this being a relatively same-size vore world all things considered. Perhaps even doctors or other medical personnel that specialize in helping people or providing medical care provided that they are retrieved in time.

Provided that Vore is legalized, or just straight up accepted in this setting then these ideas would be rather fitting and fun! I'd imagine that many a Voraphile that managed to keep themselves out of a belly would gladly fill those positions. For Predators, I could even see there being rather lewd ways of transporting people via endosoma if that's a possibility. Can't discount Vore-themed escorts, strippers, or hookers as in a world where Vore is real I can imagine there being a higher demand for such entertainment.

I could definitely see some preds needing occasional help with accumulated buttons and zippers off of prey's digested clothing.

Now that i think about it, death penalties would be a lot easier and possibly cheaper, no need to make some death drug or maintain an electric chair, just pay someone to be an official executioner that will eat death row criminals, they would be preds literally paid to eat awful people.

Also, i imagine there would be industries making personalized items for predators, like making chairs that can hold a lot of weight, clothes that will be comfortable or even stretch and such.

If Vore is illegal, maybe even have black market items that make it so that no sound comes out of a belly, or make it so that smartphones or any device can't be used inside a stomach or wherever the preys go to so that they can't call the police or yell for help.

I wanted to make a comic series about a doctor's clinic that specializes in vore related complications. Like the premise is that the clinic does not have any regards for the legality of vore, they're just there to help preds, similarly to clinics for drug addicts, and in the process they do research into vore.

I had some ideas like a pred coming in for an extraction but the extraction turns out to be the clothes and personal belongings of the prey, not the prey itself, which would mostly be an internal shot of the prey hearing the conversation thinking they were about to be rescued with the light shining in from outside but then the doctor just comes in and undresses them and removes their piercings; the doctor showing a rare non-hyperdick CV pred that has the actual normal male anatomy at a conference, with internal shots to demonstrate how he actually has a prostate and solid testicles so the preys don't just fall into his nutsack when they get down the shaft; Doctor doing an X-Ray of a malletspace pred who ate a bunch of people, but due to the quantum mechanics involved with hammerspace, observing the result changes its outcome and the hammerspace fails catastrophically which could lead to the pred looking like BIGBIG's stuff and/or projectile vomiting a bunch of people; the doctor performing an appendectomy because a tiny fell into the pred's appendix; young adult preds experimenting with their partner and getting stuck, like for example a UB pred trying to UB for the first time, can't go all the way but the prey creates a vacuum and can't pull out, which simply gets fixed by finishing the insertion and turning them around inside; an OV pred panicking because they can't vomit their partner back up, and then they get an endoscopy which reveals that despite the partner still being alive they are partially digested and would not survive coming out so they explore alternatives with diagrams like consciousness merging to save the prey spiritually at the cost of the pred's personality and the prey's body, grafting parts of the prey in the pred's torso so they can continue living together but obviously with the prey losing all autonomy and the pred having to keeping their partner under their ribcage at all times, simple absorption to minimize the perceived loss by having all of the remains of the prey metabolized, body part TF which would save the prey's consciousness but also force them into a life of just being a sentient organ while also making it hard for the pred to interact with them since the technology to do so isn't readily available so they'd have to come to the clinic to use specialized equipment. Then the doctor mentions that if the patient wasn't so broke they could afford less ambiguous treatments like angels which involves simply vomiting the prey into an angel's pussy so they can miraculously heal.

In some of my disposal artworks, I came up with the idea of "disposal briefs"; basically, extra-stretchy underwear that has the same purpose as diapers, except it looks more like latex boxers or something. After all, when the turd you have to hold in weights several dozen pounds, you're not guaranteed that you'll make it to the bathroom in time. So, in a vore world, I guess such briefs, and other vore-related items, would need to be manufactured by some company that deals in such things.

I always imagined a futuristic/cyberpunk setting with vore in it having something that pretty much amounts to "vore prostitution", which is exactly what the name implies: pimps hiring prostitutes for their vore business that are meant to be swallowed whole by their clients. Of course, I imagine they would have to come up with something to prevent the paid prey from being permanently digested and killed off, because such jobs having a high mortality rate would be bad for business.

It'd also be a good way to clean out our intestines from residual fecal matter :P I also imagine belly ticklers would be a thing, for that time you feel a part inside your belly itching and hate how it can't be scratched.

Second thing i am like... its more about aspect than job, but anyway.. its about dark web theme. Thanks to one of stories, my fave crime stories are about someone recorded something illegal and uploaded this in their hidden site, which you cant find, only police as well. Especially when theyre unwilling victims to their ''producers'' aka torturers, and at end theyre digest and dump them forever, without any chance of reforming.
