But I think they're saying something like "If you were in the stomach of the predator, and needed to use the toilet" or if the predator needed to use the toilet while you were in the stomach, I guess? Bit I think it seems to be the first option.

just piss and shit in the stomach is probably what would happen. That or the pred could have multiple chambers or different "stomachs" so the prey could say it needs to go and the pred could accommodate the prey by opening the "toilet stomach" to let the prey relieve itself. The possibilities are endless!
