Lest you think I'm claiming originator status, I have quite a few books in my extensive collection dating back to the fifties, little fetish humor volumes gloating over so-called cannibal funnies, often termed 'black humor' but sexy as all get out. And more than a few fantasy and science fiction comics and novels of the 40's through the 60's where the main point seems to be 'how many people gonna get et by those attractive beings?'... (Including an actual Bob Hope comic!)

Pedophilia is obsession with children. In true Latin, it translates to anyone who obsessively loves children.
An example of this would be an elderly person whom had lost all their descendants, that loved their own, and now just has dozens upon dozens of pictures of children, whether their own or otherwise. It's a coping mechanism for grief in this case.
(yes the example above is an actual, real world example)

There were some giantess message boards in the early 90’s, vore was probably coined there.

Edit: I was looking through PMs from Gator (creator of the “Empire” series) at Giantess city, he wrote that the “Tiny Guys” message board was the first Giantess site in the early 90s, he’s not sure of the year. Back then around 1993, someone probably came up with the word vore.
