He cannot, unfortunately. :c

Don't think that this has been mentioned here, but in the game Vigil: The Longest Night, one of the bosses is a frog-like monster called The Lord of the Misty Lake. It has an attack where it grabs you with his tongue and, if it hits, it will swallow you, after which you are expected to escape by attacking its' insides while also taking more or less constant damage yourself.

However, I couldn't find footage of the attack connecting, but I'm pretty sure that it's the one where the boss's tongue puffs up in front of it.

Not a big one, but NEO: The World Ends With You features several T. Rex-like monsters, one of which has a move where it catches a party member in its jaws and swallows them whole. The swallowed character can't be used for awhile, until the monster spits them back out. It's not super impressive to see, and the camera can make it difficult to tell that its happened unless you know to look for it, but I thought it was worth noting.

Found this from a Japanese user from http://www.asahi-net.or.jp/~JS3Y-MK/

https://youtu.be/lsQc-WekH9Y?t=1698

A boss called Triggot Creeper will use Devour to swallow a party member and deal digestion damage until it takes enough damage to spit the swallowed ally out. Crisbell is the unfortunate (but fortunate for me...) victim in this case.

Since it's an early game boss I wonder if I can fight it again with Zas in the party?

I wasn't planning on getting the game before now I am.

Not huge, but in Kingdom Rush: Frontiers there is a level called Snapvine Bridge where the titular snapvines will eat units in front of them once per wave. You even get an achivement if they eat enough.

ManEater!!!! (Steam Game)

Postby Liz » Wed Sep 01, 2021 1:56 am

https://store.steampowered.com/app/629820/Maneater/

So I noticed a game that made me buy it after the first trailer watch. The Game ManEater – is a game that is so over the top funny that I had to try it for myself. You go around as a murderous shark taking on armies of animals and humans that dare cross you. You can devour everyone and everything alive too. Yes devour people on jet skis, drunks on boats, swimmer and even golfers on land as you learn tricks to get them. It is basically GTA style game yet you are a Shark.

There is a lot of gore and hardvore in the game when you munch down various prey, also most of the named NPC targets want to kill and eat you. Along with Alligators and various other nasties that want to devour you as well.

The game play is bit or tail swipe your targets and as you devour more prey you get upgrades and evolutions which make it more fun to play with various crazy upgrades. I had so much fun playing the first few levels and went on a murderous spree of blood and glory.

Have to say if you want something stupidly fun with vore in it, then try this game out.

It's teased towards the end of the official Characters and Zombies trailer.

Also shown very briefly in the most recent trailer.

Unfortunately neither video shows the complete animation so we'll have to wait until extended gameplay becomes available.

Yoshi's Tropical Island just got confirmed for Mario Party Superstars for Nintendo Switch (coming in October). This confirms that Cheep Chomp will make an appearance, swallowing characters once again. :)

Deltarune Chapter 2 Spoilers below:
Spoiler: show
Chapter 2's secret boss, Spamton Neo, has a super attack where he sucks dollar signs towards him, making it so dollar-shaped projectiles are tugged towards him while the player's soul has to contend with the winds. It's possible for Spamton to actually suck the soul into his mouth. The player is dealt damage, and the soul is spat back out onto the playing field.
