Tawna was revealed to be playable in Crash Bandicoot 4. In the reveal gameplay trailer, there's an eel like pirate creature that reaches out and swallows Tawna whole. Look for 4:05 for where it swallows her. Then at 5:38 a recycle bin robot "recycles" her, where it throws her in its recycle bin and counts as a death.

Don't listen to giant puffballs. They will eat you. Along with the hunrgy girls they are with.
It's now Ultima for short. Learn it or girls will eat you.

Well..... I mean like, I suppose throwing a character in the recycle trash like that COULD be considered vore....... But..... not really.? Nice find though.
I'm a dolphin that prefers devouring my best buddy.
He loves to be eaten by me. I don't mind that at all.

Just a one way fast travel system where they come out of a different plant. What you see in the clip is basically it.
Now, back to our scheduled lurking.

Re: Vore in video games
In the trailer for the new monster hunter rise game, they show off a new amphibian/platypus looking monster, whose main gimmick is that during the fight it swallows rocks and gets a larger belly progressively through the fight (and fights with that belly).
During one point in the trailer they show it fighting this bear monster, and the bear monster gets picked up and the amphimbian monster tries to eat it by placing it in its mouth. Sadly, it seems the bear wasn’t low enough health yet in the trailer as it struggles and gets away. Though, it does mean that we will probably be seeing it actually swallow the bear whole if it wins the fight.

I doubt that it'll swallow another monster, as that would mean the players don't get the resources for hunting it. No, that'll probably be as far as that goes for that fight between them.

I mean, you've seen the Great Jagras vore scene right? Where it swallows another monster whole? I don't see why its out of the question, but I've never played Monster Hunter so I suppose I wouldn't know the specifics.
Anyways, here is the scene and monster in question that I was talking about since they finally posted the trailer. The monster's name is Tetranadon:

Re: Vore in video games
Well with the Great Jagras, it only ate small monsters. The two that were fighting in the trailer for Rise were large monsters. The most they'll do will probably be how it is in Monster Hunter World, where they have a turf war, which results in both monsters will getting damaged a fair amount and dropping a material.
When it comes to most bosses, thank god for obvious, glowing weak spots.

I'm sure you've already talked about all the vore material in well-known video games xd but today I want to share some screenshots I use as inspiration to draw. Those are from the GRAND FANTASIA mmorpg

Still, best I’ve seen in a video game is in Capcom’s “Lost Planet 2”. Lots of different creatures with tentacles or worm-like mouths, even octopus.
Best part, you can set your character to female with a very anime-skimpy outfit.

Re: Vore in video games
Does anyone else fondly remember the ugly 90's aesthetic? I stumbled across Clayfighter 63⅓, an N64 parody game of Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat with a clay stop-motion medium and gross-out humor.
In it, the character Sumo Santa wears barely more than a kilt, exposing his big gut which he sometimes incorporates into his moves (belly bumper and belly launcher). The creme de la creme, however, is that one of his "claytalities" is anal vore, rapid digestion, and explosive fart disposal.
Here is a minute-long capture from the first version of the game https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L62Zx4YdG1M where you can see it in all its low-res glory. Note that the skulls and other parts coming out from the disposal are not part of his fatality persay, but as one of the particle effects that come from the witch doctor character when the latter is hurt.
The first battle in this tool-assisted speedrun https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xndxuChxiVo also ends with that fatality, which is a little easier to look at due to it being the Sculptor's Cut that released approximately a year or two later. Since this character is made of taffy, the damage particles from the disposal are candy.

Re: Vore in video games
Not quite vore, but the game Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom has a segment where Protagonist Jin in order to wake up a sleeping pirate finds himself gathering ingredients for his favorite meal. Naturally the main ingredient for Roast Pork Stew is a nice fat pig, of which the only one in the game is Jin himself in his pig form. So naturally he has to jump into the hot pot and let himself get all steamed up so he can wake up the pirate.
Remember the importance of eating healthy. Snack on a vegetarian once in a while.

Huh, that's the first I've heard of the game. Do you have any screen recordings of those scenes?

Re: Vore in video games
Other than the Pirate Eel in Hook, Line, Sinker, there’s a few other instances of vore in Crash Bandicoot 4.
The level A Real Grind introduces a sand shark enemy that will snap at the character in pits. If you die to them, you can see the characters in its jaws before it goes back down into the pit.
Give it a Spin has two varieties of monsters disguising themselves as lilly pads. One activates when you land on it and another attacks all the time so you have to time yourself. Dying to it has the pad close in on the character and you can see and hear it munching them.
Potion Commotion has tiny ghosts. Dying to it has the enemy grab your character (in this case, Tawna for this level), throw them up and swallow them whole. They burp afterwards.
I’m still not finished with this game yet, so I’ll be on the lookout for any more vorish deaths.
