Not much new content these last couple of months, but here's vertical video of a heron devouring lots of live goldfish from a garden pond.

An eager young heron gets his gopher. Amazing swallow at around 3:22 seen from behind.

More outstanding camera work from this youtube user, who is now by far the most prolific poster of heron feedings on the internet.

A huge feeding compilation featuring some of the best footage from 2022, about 20 feedings in full HD (!) including stabilized closeups of several swallows. I'm not sure what more we could ask for at this point.

The great footage just keeps coming. Here's a GBH getting a gopher and then going for seconds a little while later.

Here's a slightly different vid - an egret vs several lizards. Every single lizard goes down alive. :gulp:

Another great heron clip featuring two of the best feedings I've seen this year. The second one is particularly amazing - this heron feeds quickly and skillfully. :gulp:

At least four feedings shown in this one. I am being spoiled by the high quality of this youtuber!

Another feeding video; I really like the second swallow. Smaller prey gets gulped down quickly.

Thanks! I couldn't have done it without all of the great content creators on youtube. Here's another video with a good feeding.

My bias for bird vore is this entire thread I swear~ I would love to be small enough to be considered dinner by these feathery gluttons! Pelicans and Herons are so pretty, yet their throats and bellies are the real treat~ And since I love the naturally harrowing and brutal process of digestion, it's like the ultimate win because they do not care if their prey were to digest alive and would enjoy it.

Glad you're enjoying the thread! I'll keep it going as long as there is good content on Youtube.

Most of the clips I've been posting are of herons vs gophers, and those are great, but a little variety is important from time to time. Here are some amazing YT shorts of herons vs fish - some have soundtracks and even added "gulp" sound effects! :gulp:

Another incredible video and a cameraman voice reveal. He has been doing this long enough that he no longer has to use his telephoto lens, some herons are comfortable feeding right in front of him.

More crisp, clear footage of heron feeding. This user seems to post at least a couple videos a week or more of fresh material!
