There has been once pic I remember that I really liked but for some reason I just cannot find it anymore.

Male Sangheili with a female in his stomach. She is his mother who willingly let him eat her and asks if he is going to digest her this time.
Loved that willing mom-prey actively wanting to be churned by her son.

I think it was part of a page of sketches, perhaps a patreon reward sketch page or something but I am not sure anymore.

you'll find that most posts in this thread go unreplied to because most of the other posters can't find whatever it is others are looking for, either. the unfortunate fact is that alot of what they're looking for have either become lost media or just doesn't exist in the first place because it's a very niche thing in an already-niche fetish community. the occasions when something IS found are few and far between, and it's entirely possible that a given person who's been on Eka's and might have what you're looking for (some artist's now-emptied gallery, for example) simply don't come around here anymore.

Honestly if the forum part of the site goes unused then get rid of it put all the power into the galleries

because luck may well be with you and someone DOES have what you're looking for--i myself was able to post a comic the someone had been looking for a while back (probably in the range of a few years at this point) because i happened to have saved it and recognized it from their description

it's also entirely possible that some posters ARE getting replies, just through PMs instead--i seem to remember one that i was looking for years and years ago was shared with me in exactly that way, not posted in the thread

This is a long shot, but there was a comic in pixiv that was probably one of the best looking ones ive ever seen. It was photorealistic, and very professionally drawn, the plot was that a newborn drinks her mothers milk, rapidly age progresses, then the mother turns into a baby, then the now adult "daughter" navel vores/unbirths her mother. It ends with the now pregnant adult daughter on the bed, with a "honey i'm home" which implied to be the husband of the former mother.

Ive searched and searched pixiv, both with the unbirth tag, and the Japanese unbirth tag. Did anyone at all ever see this comic? I fear it might have been deleted.

i know the one you're talking about and think i might have it on my external harddrive. i'm about to go on some extensive errands while i still have daylight, though, so i'll go look for it after i'm done with those.

off the top of my head there's Hyper Police where people and monsters live side by side but because of that people are always in danger of being eaten; the main character's partner always talks about wanting to eat her and temporarily gets eaten herself by a giant frog

Hentai like La Blue Girl and Apocolypse Zero have characters getting eaten
