Does Karbo have any actual art? the only thing in the archives is a story. As for me, I like lucky and Duamutef

I have to say Karbo is probably my favourite vore artist of all time.

His work is pure gold and i just wish there was more of it :(

If i ever wanted a commission doing, he'd be the one i'd ask to do it :)

ROCK ON Karbo! :D

Agreed. Karbo is a genius.

He's so good he's well known outside of the vore circles, and they even know that he does vore.

I kind of agree with the above comment of nagas, and it's sort of a shame that they are such a majority in the work, but I'm sure people who dislike furries would say the same about artists such as Fallynangel. The naga and demon content doesn't appeal to me at all however well drawn... However, it must be said that in an artistic sense it's extremely good stuff. And to be fair he does some non-naga things. The Deadly Elle cutaway (I think it is called that) and the Tifa pics are brilliant. A valuable member of the community if there ever was one!

I WILL DESTROY YOU!

Er, I mean, you are among the artists I respect and admire and one day hope to eclipse so thoroughly in skill that the mere mention of your name is scoffed at when placed next to mine.

It seems that has not happened yet. So until then, I guess I'll have to be the Mountain Dew to your Coke.

(Insert flamewar over which one of us gets to be Mountain Dew here)

But seriously, you should post more stuff. This is a contest of skill that I would thoroughly enjoy losing.

What!? Mountain Dew is made of pure WIN my good sirrah.

I do not approve of that dickhattery. NOT AT ALL.

So yeah, Karbo's work is shweet. I have a question, a while back, everytime I accessed your gallery (Karbo) it gave me a message that I was not allowed to view the page. I could only access the newest works you had by going to them through your userpage. Eventually I stopped checking your gallery, and only just checked now and saw that I could see stuff(again). What happened?

I have a great deal of respect for Karbo as an artist. I admire the world he managed to conceive as it shows how much creativity he has, not to mention his character design is quite outstanding.

I do not have any respect for his gender bias and lack of real plot or point to his tomes other than giant women eating small men and other women.

My two cents.
Everything we know is flawed.

Karbo's drawing talent is just great. In fact I've never seen vore drawn better.

But the fact he draws only FEMALE vore... Seriously, I once plucked up my courage and collected money for commissioning him, but got "sry no male vore". How totally disappointing. 8( I'd like to see really great MALE vore. Who else has the similar artistic level, but draws MALE vore (please send me the links if you know of such vore artists... ---" )?

shhhh

For everyone's sake

Oh, and I ought to add that even though I'm not a big fan of Karbo's subject matter, he's easily the best manga-style artist on the site so I at least admire him for that.

Speak for yourself, okies? I totally -hate- female vore, but I don't speak about that - even in this topic. I just complained that the artist, which seemed so good for me and was admired by me for the vore skills, refused to take commission just because he was offered to draw male vore. Shame.

I don't like male vore myself and don't generally write vore as erotic, but around here you're best off understanding the rule "to each his own".

Karbo is free to decide what he wants to draw. There's no "shame" about it.
Experiment: Will a grenade kill a giant naga by exploding in its belly?
Test #1: Inconclusive. Grenade exploded in naga''s mouth.
Test #2: Inconclusive. Grenade exploded in naga's throat.
Further tests delayed until another live specimen can be acquired.

Everyone is free to decide what to draw. But as commissions... well! A lot of people don't really care of what to draw, as long as it brings money, so I believed Karbo had enough drawing skills to draw male vore for money, too. It seems he's popular enough to be picky about what to draw even as commissions...

Decrying an artist for not drawing a vore type that they obviously dislike and you like is silly. Whether you've offered payment or not.

Vore artwork is usually fetish art or porno. As annoying and finicky as these endless subgenres of vore and predatory preferences can be, at their core they are sexual preferences. Of course the creator is most likely to draw what they like first and foremost.

And that goes for all levels of skill.

I admire Karbo's work on a technical level, but most of the predators just don't connect with me somehow- especially the Nagas, who have become somewhat of a blueprint for the ten-a-penny Nagas that you often see utilised in vore. Having said that, I'm not too fond of the manga style either. This is highly subjective, of course. On a purely technical level he's certainly at the top tier of vore artists- and obviously has a lot of fans because of it.
