Vore artwork is usually fetish art or porno. As annoying and finicky as these endless subgenres of vore and predatory preferences can be, at their core they are sexual preferences. Of course the creator is most likely to draw what they like first and foremost.
And that goes for all levels of skill.
I admire Karbo's work on a technical level, but most of the predators just don't connect with me somehow- especially the Nagas, who have become somewhat of a blueprint for the ten-a-penny Nagas that you often see utilised in vore. Having said that, I'm not too fond of the manga style either. This is highly subjective, of course. On a purely technical level he's certainly at the top tier of vore artists- and obviously has a lot of fans because of it.
( I'd like to see really great MALE vore. Who else has the similar artistic level, but draws MALE vore (please send me the links if you know of such vore artists... ---" )?
Boréalís wrote:Well your point, in two posts, seemed to be in favour of "Why doesn't this artist draw male vore even when I offer to pay him?"
Boréalís wrote:Have you considered attempting to find artists outside of the usual vore channels to commission? In this internet age a lot of artists that throw their work out there may be open-minded to such things, depending on how sexual you want the vore to be. I've never seen a male-pred equivalent to Karbo in the vore community, but outside the vore circle I'm sure there are a lot of high-quality manga style artists that commonly utilise male characters or figures as a focus. Undoubtedly harder to chase up though- I'll admit that.

Speak for yourself, okies? I totally -hate- female vore, but I don't speak about that - even in this topic. I just complained that the artist, which seemed so good for me and was admired by me for the vore skills, refused to take commission just because he was offered to draw male vore. Shame.

Really..? Everyone knows of Salvator Dali, or Leonardo da Vinci... Who knows of Karbo except us, vore fans? Manga fans maybe?

Crownflame wrote:Oh, by the way, Goldy, are you talking male human vore, or what? Humans ARE really hard to find, but if you're interested in furry stuff, you can find all kinds of decent people on FurAffinity who'll do it for you.
